MyGov is organizing a competition (the "Contest") for creation/ development of a Mobile Application ("App")for the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO). The Contest is open for participation to the Citizens of India only. There are three phases in the contest: o Phase 1 - the Idea Submission Phase o Phase 2 - the Wireframe Development Phase o Phase 3 – the App Development Phase Last Date of Submission for Phase 1 is 23rd March, 2015 by 5:00 PM IST. #Broadcast The app will be a portal for release of government information. Moreover, different department release a special app to publish their own important information.

#interaction 4)Users should be allowed to connect their account on the app with their other social networking accounts which can be used to share contents of app, their activities on the app, PM' s activities on their other social networking account.

#Information The app will have a doodle displayed everyday on the lines of Google doodle. On Clicking it will display the national importance of the day, details of national leaders born on the day and so on. Introduction of new government schemes can also be popularized this way.

#interaction 2)There should be a CREDIT POINT SYSTEM which enables users to earn points and badges based on their activity on the app. This will serve as an incentive and users will actively take part in activities to earn points and reputation.

For violation of any of the rules which is laid by the law, a citizen shall be subject to pay penalties which is ordained by the government. These kinds of corruption can be avoided by this app. 1. The user(Inspector) log into the app and raise the penalty against one who doesn’t abide the rules with their ID’s like Aathar_ID, License_IDetc 2. Ordain the due date to the penalty. 3. User can log with their ID in which the penalty has been raised and pay fine Refer Attachment for more details.

apps should be easy to user just like a facebook,whats app.and like other social sites.it should be easy to access for every android mobile & Internet accessible mobile user.there should be function for every department where suggestion & complaint should be posted and there should be marking to all department for their work by people of india.
