My idea is as follows- An mobile app named - Lighthouse which will serve by connecting all the nearby people. The advantage of this app will be that whenever someone in need, that is any old person or even a kid in need; in case of any emergency will be able to give a notification to all the nearby people available who may come for help. This app will work even offline also.
