Lot of students study courses that they don't implement or get chance to pratice or implement after study. This means nation(person) has wasted few years of time in training student. If this happens for millions of students, what is use of education. Hence, nation must plan its youth power according to its needs carefully.Improve efficiency of education imparted and use TV channels and Websites like NPTEL to train all students in country just like MYGOV is maintained with account for each person

Use a modified version of the German Dual Vocational Training System (TVET) model. Please see this link: http://www.businessweek.com/articles/2012-07-19/german-vocational-training-model-offers-alternative-path-to-youth TVET model has its critics, most of it because it has been observed that 60% of apprentices change professions in 10 years. One problem could be that at profession decision at 18 can hardly be expected to be permanent.Nevertheless one can use this model per se.

I have developed the application which is called Virtual-Lab. With this application students can carry our science practical on computer almost exactly as they are doing their science practical work in their science lab. With this Virtual Lab, primary class students get chance to explore science themselves, it will provoke a creativity and curiosity in them towards the science. Students get reply for their “WHYs” and “WHATs” from teachers but Virtual Lab gives them reply of their “HOWs”.
