South African Auto Industry follows Certification Practice called as 'MERSETA'. The merSETA is one of the 21 Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs) established to promote skills development in terms of the Skills Development Act of 1998. The various industry sectors are covered by five chambers within the merSETA: 1) Metal and engineering 2) Auto manufacturing 3) Motor retail and component 4) Tyre manufacturing 5) Plastics industries .

In my opinion firstly you put many skill developments in cbse. as per applicant chooses because you have one of the biggest board in India,this is successfully running in US,Canada,China and European countries. although using it in non professional courses at graduation level by UGC.

I can impart better construction skill with better construction tools for the youth of India to construct brick building which while being stronger than the conventional method applied building will also save upto 40% cement and sand. This new skill will also increase the productivity three times over the conventional method. This new ideas are in construction industry which has not seen any new tools invented for thousands of years yet consuming the highest national economy

Now she is socially active and there group adopted 4 thalassemia patient and gives monthly expenses to hospital so in my view when the person have passion dedication towards development skill automatically develop and again it also divert towards society this is comes from heart so I again salute all people who comes from that situation and work for nation is great so salute to all who helped to develop nation and society jaihind vandemataram

She did it and given training to 100 of student why she did this due to passion towards works and self development and vision to develop women to stand on the feet when ever problem comes to face the challenge might be this story many have but vision and passion and attitude towards nation is different now today she have one small shop name as vastram boutique in which she runs garment making class to develop women so I salute to her and other women who works towards self development also take

Expenses later 3 years I have bon TB and again gone to bed for 2 years but she again take challenge and join fashion designing course any how. We manage fees but class is 3 km away from my house is goes every day by walk after all work of house work also to drop and collect two daughters from school and started home Tution of garment making and at times she decided she will give training at least 100 women who work there own to not faces such problems what she faced now today I proudly say she

This is own story of my wife at the age of 23 she married with me due to some problem she couldn't complete her Bsc but after 2 years of marriage we have one daughter and I got in an accident coming return from engineering examination my left leg was totally broken and I was on bed for 1 year meanwhile at young age some help from family and home owner but due to expenses our position is down but she take challenge and started sous making and sales at door to door and earned to treatment and home
