Govt. has all the data and ideas to make every citizen skilled. Govt. lacks in implementation of strategies. In my view, the govt. should ask IT companies like TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS and HCL about implementation of their strategies to make everone skilled and employed. I also believe that it should pay more attention towards rural mass to stop migration towards urban areas. Facility of water supply, drainage and electricity in villages is a must to make everything organized in villages.

The need for well-skilled, trained trades individuals to fill a growing number of vacancies in the Indian industry especially the SME, and MSME sectors is critical. Today India is one of the largest country with the highest number of youth with higher unemployment rate, if guided towards a proper career path can create wonders for both themselves and for the Country.

2. extend the system to the basic level jobs like civil construction worker, plumbing, sewage etc in a practical way. theoretical study will not help the skill development. so that every one will be skilled and lives a respectable life rather than taking the brunt of the master of the group at work place which is the way of life today.

1. Change Decades old education system and implement the new thought. practical education will develop the skill rather than theoretical. ( ex:- i am an electrical engineer and when came out of the college i was unable to do a simple winding of a single phase motor. it's been 18 years still situation didn't change with the present day engineering graduates.) so, please change the system.

Skills discussion has become fashion in India without much implementation on ground. It is high time that Govt invite people on ground from each sector and instead of taking their advice and views task them with pilot projects in each sector for implementation. Today the bureaucracy has the system for a ride and again the institutions like AICTE, UGC and DGE&T etc. are creating more problems rather than allowing free space to new ideas and quality control of passed out product. Unfortunately the number has gained importance over quality without even going in to nuts 7 bolts. Please fund and allow industry to play this role of Training Provider and mentor of skilled force.
