According to me simply getting diploma, degree may not be a way of skill development. Whatever your educational background(or else if no education background at all), one should be able to start with self analysis to identify their basic interest and skill. So We used to involve such layman/men for any kind of our work by providing basic training and motivate them by rewarding good salary. Honestly speaking we have extracted more expertise work than an engineering graduate from a 10th std.girl.
