I would like to install solar panels in every house of the country. also I would encourage rain water harvesting in the entire country to ensure that electricity could be produced in the houses as well. every child should be made aware about the importance of renewable sources of energy so that they can change the future and they can make mother earth a green planet.

Use of solar panel is a most welcome step that the govt must take. There is a lot of space for the solar panel like, roof of the all the offices, school and colleges.

First of all i will make a group of people who actually works. I will make a comity of people of all states who know the better work of EC respected.I would like to divide that group into all states and keep connecting with those. There will be one head center who regulate this power establishment project. Establish the solar panels in every streets, offices, village and in every public infrastructure. Yes, the work is tough but not for government. Indian Govt has a power to do anything.

The Major constraints in making the energy efficient India is word " SUBSIDY". The Govt have to given more emphasis on adoption of Energy Efficient systems to users instead to provide the cash subsidy to users. I am going to enclose the details about the steps , which must be taken by Govt for a successful implementation to make India , an Energy Efficient Nation.

If i was the government of India, I would first convert all the public sector units to become energy efficient and would encourage indian companies to take part in making psu's efficient . Eg - 1. Making railway station solar powered and installing watershed water collection system. 2. Using CNG buses for public transport. 3. Using solar and wind power to run government departments as done in my city i.e. surat. 4. Making street lights solar.

Almost all good wishing families of environment in India do not buy solar energy equipment like solar cookers due to their high prices I would immediately reduce prices to half to encourage people.

things are as follows: 1. Promoting the use of bio diesel as it is ecofriendly fule and also it does not hamper drivability of the car 2. Using biodiesel as a prime fuel for Railways and local Bus transport as they require more fuel. 3. implementation of biogas from kitchen waste plants in the places where the kitchen waste is more such as govt. canteens army canteens, hostels, dharmashalas etc. 4.providing subsidy for solar water heater units as the subsidy has been removed currently

I will motivate and susidise the business which manifacture the equipments of alternate source of energy like solar, wind, water and tie up with the companies for mass production to make it available in low cost. Also will launch the drive to impliment these in govermant offices where it is possible and on individual level so that people can generate their own energy and share the burden of energy deficit with the govermant and save the the non renewable natural resources. Please try to do it...

Increase cost of subsidised power, prevent theft of power. rest will fall into its own place, handover substations to local govt and tell them to be responsible for collection of actualcost of electricity. Increase the fixed portion of the bill to cover up for the losses
