Hydro dam water reservoir is the most favourable place to produce solar power in large scale. solar panels can be floated on waters of dam reservoir by constructing a floating platform with used tires’ and by anchoring it at a steady float solar panels can be installed. Massive solar power can be planned and produced.

i will propose solar roofing (80 ft) above shopping street's, vegetable, Fruit, fish ,and whole sale market's which will provide shade, power, lowers the temperature saves air conditioning bills. DC power produced can be used directly to digital screens & led’s.this adaptation will reduce the peak loads on grid also interests business community to lower their operating expenditure and create more attraction to customer's.

Boosting up India with semiconductor industry. Hidden secret of semiconductor industry is "High purity quartz" unknowingly India is the prime source to the world for this rare mineral. Advantage’s of HPQ is its low impurity(obstructs conducting) level. It doesn't need many purification levels, in a single stage silicon ingots can be produced at 99.999999 level purity. Which means we can produce cheaply solar cells & other semiconducting materials. Which r the prime agent's driving this world.

I will produce 1 lakh MW clean power with "Recycling hydro power production" all mountain heights(min 3000ft) can be made into clean power generators water is run down from height of mountain through a tunnel onto turbine to produce power further this water came down will be split into hydrogen &oxygen via electrolysis & floated back to same height further H &O r combined in fuel cell to produce power & water which is again run down to produce power with same water this cycle runs 24x7

1-Street lights must be energized through solar power&In rural areas the supply lines must be coated with insulator, water pumps must be provided with solar power facility 2-Govt offices&educational institutes must have their own solar power generation unit 3- Solar Power related production must be promoted&Target oriented Research must be done 4-Except production, all other power consumption must be from solar power in industry 5-Like swachha Bharat,Energy Conservation must be a drive

I will reduce 60%of carbon & sound pollution by producing “low cost hydrogen fuel" while producing steam for thermal power only 35% of boiler efficiency is utilized. If we use little of this wasted efficiency to produce high temp steam for electrolysis cheaply hydrogen is produced for Rs 9 we can produce compressed H fuel=litre petrol ‘H’is safe as gasoline runs vehicle quiet with no emission. This can save 2.25 lakh corers annual to our nation& prevents poisoning our self from pollution

firstly i encourage non conservative energy sources like sunlight, wind while using the conservative resources. And i try to minimize the energy losses to very low level.Awareness among public about non conservative resources and energy efficient methods will be intensively done and i shall follow them thus i become the first follower of that campaign. policies shall be made in a way that encourage nonconservative resources will be used generally.

Respected PM, Uttaranchal Govt gave award for III, Rooeke three years back. I had gone through their energy conservation measures. They not preparing tea and coffe on Gas stove not the electric heater. It is really a welcome. Usage of electrical heaters for this purpose should be banned.

Respected PM, IIT, Bombay had 13,000 tube lights as per their study. Only 3000 tubes had electronic chokes 6 years back. Now things maybe improved. Getting data is one aspect and implement the requirement with budget provision next soon. Then only country can enjoy the fruits.
