Respected PM, Electricity consumers violating rules and regulations should be punished. If power factor is not improved even in 3 months, supply has to be disconnected, ( Legal clearances to be taken in general even discussing in Parliament). Reconnection may be given after ensuring required capacitors connected.

Respected PM, We have to fix quotas on usage of electricity per student per month say 100 units monthly like in NITs. Electricity consumption may also be fixed based on plinth area. For every square meter this may be limited to 100 units yearly or still low. Govt may follow any of these two to minimize the wastage and also to know importance of natural resources.

Respected PM, Integrated Energy Policy Document was prepared by 21 Expert members and submitted to PMO in Aug 2006 by Planning Commission. The first recommendation among 11 is to minimize energy requirements by improving energy efficiency& conservation. IIT, Bombay made as M.Tech 1st sem course for 27students and made energy audited. This should be made for all engineering colleges yearly and later for other colleges.Wastage comes to low level.

i will achieve a practical solution to this problem by bringing renewable sources to arguably the biggest sector of Indian economy-The Transport Sector. this innovation is called perpetual energy on wheels. A means of transport which runs on green, clean and renewable sources of energy harnessing them at a high efficiency using cutting edge technology like aerogenerators, solar panels and even microbial fuel cells. Such transport is the need of the hour. The means of transport here is a train.

l would make solar panels compulsory in all the buildings to save electricity as our country is lucky to be geographically located which is beneficial developers to make the buildings using open green construction methods and not closed, damp match-boxes
