in the rural areas all over india where a lot of Dairy farms are.There should be a centralised biogas plant where we can accumulate the cowdung from whole district or a town and get it decomposed in a Bio Gas Plant and make a lot of Bio Gas in this way we can get the best out of the the cowdung n other wastes . In this way we can keep our INDIAN environment clean . And the farmers should be paid for the cowdung per tonne .

I will invite bids to retrofit LEDs at all railway stations, airports, ports, national highways, telephone exchange which are under central govt. I would involve big corporate for help to phase out CFL lamps by LED lamps. I would involve foreign mfgs in short future and making mandatory for them to setup manufacturing facility in long term(Make in India).
