in the rural areas all over india where a lot of Dairy farms are. There should be a centralised biogas plant where we can accumulate the cowdung from whole district or a town and get it decomposed in a Bio Gas Plant and make a lot of Bio Gas in this way we can get the best out of the the cowdung n other wastes . In this way we can keep our INDIAN environment clean . And the farmers should be paid for the cowdung per tonne .

better use of all the renewable energy like wind turbines , solar energy power plants , better use of tidal energy to generate electricity . The most important point is that the electricity panel throughout the nation should be automated i.e. it should be turned on/off at time of dawn n dusk .

I would change the timings of all offices and shops. All work must start early in the morning , at sunrise and close at sunset, to the extent possible, and thus save electricity.

1) Begin a process of changing the street lights all over India to use solar energy and have photo sensors. 2) Hydel power plants set up during the implementation the project of connecting rivers. 3) Nuclear power plants to generate energy using the deal signed with AUS. 4) Bio plants like the Microsoft is using in its data warehouses. 5) Airborne wind turbines to generate energy and save space. 6) R&D in solar energy (road surface to use solar energy, solar vehicles/machines for farms).

I will invite bids to retrofit LEDs at all railway stations, airports, ports, national highways, telephone exchange which are under central govt. I would involve big corporate for help to phase out CFL lamps by LED lamps. I would involve foreign mfgs in short future and making mandatory for them to setup manufacturing facility in long term(Make in India). Will raises taxes on T8, T5 and Sodium lamps and tax incentive for motivate people to buy LED lighting. Would love to join Modiji's movement.

With the ever increasing population it is not possible to curb the energy needs. So if I were the government I would strictly monitor the use of fuel in the country Not allow more than 1 two wheeler in house of 4, not allow private 4 wheelers unless very much needed Make public transport attractive Make use of cycles a national trend among youths by roping in celebrities And lastly reduce import of fuel. It will result in chaos, but eventually people will get used to it and consumption will redu
