I would first set up Solar panels on street light, signals etc. I would fit CC Tv cameras on signals and every where so that one cannot commit crime or break the rules.I would pass a law for all big industries to set up solar panels.

Mr. PM, Starting a manufacturing plant of solar panels would be the best way to make the people to use the solar instruments as the prices of the panels would decrease. At present we have to import the panels which is very expensive for the common citizen to use. Also we can start some research centers which would develop creative ways to install these setups in people's houses so this solar technology can be used on large scale.

70% of Energy is consuming by private sector for Heating, ventilation and Air conditioning to achieving 23 Deg. room temperature. As per international standard if Govt. can make it to 27 Deg. as a standard can save lot of energy. And also providing guide line for LED lighting use in all sectors will also give savings.

I will make it compulsory to all (Company building,Govt. office, school rooftop) to install rooftop solar panel system and its efficient working will be linked with their subsidy/payment hike. Encourage domestic rooftop solar panel installation and make mechanism to buy excess electricity with higher rate from them to compensate their capital investment. Will provide all farmer solar based irrigation solar pump free of cost, will collect capital cost from them by increasing solar panel array/win

1)Ask Every Office Building to use a Solar Stirlin Engine to recoup Power. It is twice as efficient if not more than Solar Cells and only a fraction of the cost. Furthermore, It can burn Bio-Gas at night and still produce electricity. Infact very few engines can burn Biogas as reliably as Stirling engines. 2) Use it near waterbodies to pump water to Farmers. In this mode the power output of a Stirling Solar engine is actually increased as water acts as a natural heat Sink.

Make people aware about other alternative renewable energy Sources which they can adopt easily and economically in their. I would provide scheme though which they can setup their alternative source easily with less pay. " I WOULD SETUP A SMALL RENEWABLE PLANT IN EVERY GOVERNMENT AREA OR OFFICE SO THAT ENERGY DEVELOPED BY PLANT WOULD BE UTILIZES OFFICE AND REST WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO NEAR BY AREA.

I will analyse on how much use of alternate energy can an average household in India with a decent income level use per day and how long can part of a household's energy requirements can be met using alternate sources of power. Similar SWOT analysis will be done on office spaces and various organisations across the country.

I would invest in encouraging realtors and citizens in both urban and rural India to opt for green homes and green buildings where use of alternate energy such as solar energy will find a place. I will give incentives to people who adopt a simple living, high thinking way of life that Mahatma Gandhi stood for. A household that will cut down on material use by keeping the number of rooms to the basic level will consume less power per day.

Currently, most thermal power plants have big campuses with adequate security and maintenance. Hence it would make sense to install solar panel arrays that can be installed to provide auxiliary power to the plant, just as a hybrid car uses auxiliary electric power to operate. Since these plants already have power collection setup, this auxiliary power can be easily tapped. Presence of adequate security and controls in place would ensure minimal additional expenditure would be required .
