Ministry of Power and Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) seeks entries for an innovative designing of a logo for National Awareness Campaign on Energy Conservation. The objective of this national campaign is to create awareness among the citizens of India for good practices and habits towards energy saving.

The last date of submission is 5th December, 2014.

The winning entries will be awarded cash prize as under:

1. First Prize - Rs. 25,000/-
2. Second Prize - Rs. 15,000/-
3. Third Prize - Rs. 10,000/-

There will be three prizes for third position and Rs 10,000/- will be awarded to each winner.

Logo for National Awareness Campaign on Energy Conservation. Tagline - Save Energy. Concept - Right hand of a woman is illustrated here as helping hand for energy conservation. The bangles of the woman are the base of the light bulb also. The half circle is drawn here to illustrate the source of all energy i.e. the Sun. It could be also visualized a woman is trying to save the electric energy of a light bulb.

'RIGHT EXERCISED,DUTY YET TO BE!'- We have exercised our right by conserving human energy and switching over to machines. We are yet to exercise our duty by conserving natural energy to have it for future and for a greener planet.

Logo for National Awareness Campaign on Energy Conservation. Tagline - Save Energy. Concept - An incandescent light bulb produces light with a wire filament heated to a high temperature by an electric current passing through it, until it glows. Here the filament is replaced by the symbol of energy and the energy symbol is also gripped by a person to conserve it or to reduce it's unnecessary use (assuming filament as energy source).

This logo is for energy conservation . The graph depict that people should try minimise consumption of energy. Leaves around bulbs showing energy from nature. I used arrow with Energy icon to go downward which again depicts minimum use of energy. Hope you like it.

This logo represents a drop with power sign being protected from top n bottom. Shape of protection ultimately takes the shape of bulb. In my earlier submission of 2 logos I have written the wrong spelling of energy, I am sorry for this mistake. I have tried to use simplest artwork with effective impression. colors & shapes can be altered if required.

KEEP IT PLUGGED OFF logo depicts a power plug in shape of a green tree with 3 pins of power cord. tree's trunk as a symbol of energy (a lightening) and wire covering the symbol as an umbrella after making a 'C' (c for conservation).. moral is..go green, save energy
