Ministry of Power and Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) seeks entries for an innovative designing of a logo for National Awareness Campaign on Energy Conservation. The objective of this national campaign is to create awareness among the citizens of India for good practices and habits towards energy saving.

The last date of submission is 5th December, 2014.

The winning entries will be awarded cash prize as under:

1. First Prize - Rs. 25,000/-
2. Second Prize - Rs. 15,000/-
3. Third Prize - Rs. 10,000/-

There will be three prizes for third position and Rs 10,000/- will be awarded to each winner.

To conserve & to grow more energy with the available free resources from nature is Wind, where we can encourage people to use wind turbine which is with very little in cost and nature friendly as well. This is the idea behind my logo for “National Awareness Campaign on Energy Conservation” in which three wind turbine blades in green represents the nature friendliness and three rotating circles in blue represents Wind. This logo will encourage people to use more energy from natural resources.

the picture shows all the sources of energy and Energy is conserved ,leading to Fruits. "Conserve Energy and Contribute to a Fruitful future "

When you are aware you get know and become conservative. Those who are not aware, cry because of not able to save and are sad. Get aware, and conserve. Energy.

Inside bulb as background main energy sources are kept – Electricity, Hydro power, Wind power & Petroleum. Joining hands represent – (Green hand) Government & (Blue hand) all citizens of India, it represents that with mutual cooperation we can conserve energy. Color – Green & Blue color are used to represent energy.

Concept of logo: An action oriented mass is inevitable for the victory of each and every awareness progamme. In case of energy conservation, the 'power button' to conserve itself is in each and everyone's hand. Todays Energy conservation gives us a brighter future. So let us start today for tomorrow. It may be written in local languages for each State.
