I don't know why buy land plot is so complicated in bengaluru. why do we have to check so many documents when we have sub registrar office. Even after following those process after finally buying there are instances where same plot is sold to other buyer through sub registrar office very funny it is or all of a sudden government body BDA starts issuing notice that these lands will be acquired and in some instances they start announcing it comes under greenbelt location. I don't understand why we have to worry these much after investing our hard earned money by trust of stamp registration at sub registrar.
