I want to request to please have a discussion on the matter how our ROC's (Registrar of Company's) are operating. We are facing numerous problems. There is no way of contacting ROC's, Contact no. provided are not reachable, in case the call went through no once is receiving the call. OUR 5 Forms are stuck with Mumbai ROC the status of pending for approval from last 2 months. Even we are not able to generate the query on MCA. I don't know how we suppose to redress our grievances even when the grievance cell is not reachable.

Also in such inter religious marriages a special record should be maintened by police and the couple should be monitored for at least a period of 6 months so that any malicious intentions of conversion or human trafficking can be tracked and such record should be made available to the friends and family members so that any proactive action before a crime can be taken.Premerital screening should be mandatory before 6 months of marriage reg.
