Respected sir For central and state election ,, please give chance to youngsters on the basis of special department he had worked exeperiance and highly qualified person,,bcz common political person and even though he had no knowledge , he ruled and highly educated person IAS officer salute to common mla and he obey the illegal work of MLA ,,,, so for this reason,india has developed country world wants to change the society and see new youngsters rule India,,,this wants to India development,,,,,Indian Constitution wants to change the not only ruling criteria but also in any field for new improved society as per situation then after election they have to choose in their department ministery Thank you sir For changing life and vision of India🇮🇳

Honourable Prime minister Modiji, Can you please give some advice to the youths who are willing to help in the growth of the nation by creating awareness among people. What steps should the young generation take for the growth of our mother nation?

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, परस्पर रिश्तों मैं, सड़कों पर, पड़ोसियों मैं छोटी मोटी बातों पर विभत्स झगड़े, मार पीट आम बात हो गयी है । हत्या, आत्महत्या, बलात्कार, असंवेदनशीलता दिन प्रति दिन बढ़ती जा रही है । कारण अक्सर भावनात्मक पहलू ही पाए जाते हैं । पर्यावरण मैं असंवेदनशीलता कारक पायी गयी है । आने वाले समय मैं इससे रोकने के लिए हमें नयी पीढ़ी को बचपन से ही तैयार करना होगा जिसमें एक बहुत हाई महत्वपूर्ण कार्य है संवेगात्मक बुद्धिमता यानी emotional intelligence पर काम करना । हम सभी intelligence (बुद्धिमता) परीक्षा मैं आए नम्बरों से आंकते हैं, परंतु समाज मैं संतुलित बर्ताव के लिए इमोशनल intelligence चाहिए ।

I heard about Chip manufacturing is sunrise sector in India and government is seems very interested in it. "carbon nano tubes" can replace silicon and germanium which we import either from China or other countries. Government has already been succesful in nano nitrogen fertilizer. if government starts new project " capturing carbon from atmosphere" and transforming into "carbon nano tube" and other carbon related nano material . then it would help in climate change minimization, reducing import and export led economy. GOVERMENT NEEDS TO TAKE THIS ADVICE VERY SERIOUSLY AND Transform INTO PROJECT.

नमस्कार माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मेरा सुझाव यह है कि एक ऐसा सरकारी बोर्ड या निगम बनाया जाए जो सरकारी और अर्धसरकारी कार्यालयों में जितने भी कर्मचारी अनुबंध आधार पर लगाए जाते है वो उनको मोनिटर कर सके ठेकेदारी प्रथा पर भी रोक लग सकेगी जिसके कारण भ्रष्टाचार पर भी लगाम लगेगी और उनको समय पर और पूरी तनख्वाह मिलेगी कर्मचारियों के काम करने के तरीकों में भी बदलाव आएगा ।। क्योंकि ठेकेदार अधिकारियों से सेटिंग करके टेंडर लेते हैं और रिक्रूटमेंट के नाम पर अभ्यर्थियों से रूपए लिए जाते है और टेंडर की नियम शर्तों के मुताबिक तनख्वाह नहीं देते और मिनिमम बेसिक तनख्वाह का कानून बनाया जाए सरकारी और अर्धसरकारी कार्यालयों में कोनटरैकट आधार पर नौकरी करने वाले के लिए।।।
