Hon’ble PM Sir Delighted to share our successfully running highly impactful Project Vikalp aimed at controlling single-use plastic bags. We have 350 Vikalp - Borrow a Bag stalls running in Delhi markets. Consumers can borrow a bag from these stalls against a deposit of Rs 20. They can return the bag across any of these 350 stalls & taking total refund of Rs 20. A QR Code stitched to each bag takes the scanner to the webpage of Vikalp where you get the addresses of all Vikalp stalls. To start, we give a few bags free of cost at these stalls free to avoid burden on shopkeepers. Most bags are stitched by SHG women providing livelihood to these ladies. Municipal Corporation of Delhi has provided full support to Vikalp. Project Vikalp can be expanded Pan-India. Vi has been covered by National & International. Respected Prime Minister Modi ji, This is S.Krishna kumari from Visakhapatnam. Recently, in our areas we have heard that wild animals like tiger, bear etc. coming into our communities. I think that this is because of destroying the forest areas where the wild animals live and there are not getting proper food due to unnecessary growth of trees. I suggest that in case if we grow fruit trees in the forest, the wild animals will get sufficient food from forest itself and they did not disturb the people community. Reference to Discussion on Digital Public Goods . It is important to appeal to citizens to support the Digital Public Goods and use them to their advantage. Given the fate which NPS is having in some states , this is important. Each of the DPG must invest on Innovation & Marketing/Advocacy. For that they need to monetise and generate revenues, so that they can invest on these activities. Government has incubated DPGs but at some point of time they should be able to monetise their services and Generate Revenue. If they charge for the service they would be forced to adopt the standards of Quality of Service. Also, whereever possible competition should be introduced to ensure that its not "chalta Hai" Approach as users will then have an option to migrate . NPS has lot of subscribers but it has fallen flat because of complacency of the organisation and the regulators. Today only UPI has the pressure of Quality of Service and so some extent Aadhaar

मेरा एक सुझाव है कि भारत के प्रत्येक स्कूल में प्री प्राइमरी से लेकर कक्षा 12 तक एक महत्वपूर्ण विषय शुरू करना चाहिए जिसमे भारत के पवित्र ग्रंथ पुराण महापुराण संस्कार संस्कृति नैतिक मूल्यों की शिक्षा दी जानी चाहिए क्योंकि भारतीयों में नैतिक मूल्य कम होते जा रहे हैं और अवगुण बढ़ते जा रहे है जब बचपन से ही इस तरह की शिक्षा दी जाएगी तो भविष्य में एक समृद्ध भारत का निर्माण होगा
