P M Sir, India has so far refrained from recruiting volunteer soldiers., Over dependence on Regular soldiers will cause a drain in human faculties especially in the border and high altitude places. India's financial resources can provide for experimentation in technology., in a week, few days can be earmarked for surveillance by innovative methods like drones and the like and soldier's can get respite and serve with renewed vigor at the same time the casualties at the border is minimalized. On the occasion of National Unity Day a program to build the nation from the soil of the state was organized in Chhatarpur, Delhi. The event was organized by RJ Aarti Malhotra and Dr. Tilak Tanwar. Major General G.D. Bakshi and Bollywood actor Arun Bakshi attended as well as many dignitaries . In this program, the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was celebrated, in which the social workers of many institutions brought the soil of their respective states from all the states. A map of India was made from the soil of the country, which will be presented as a gift to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. मोदी जी कि राष्ट्रीय एकता की संकल्पना से प्रभावित हो कर देश के सभी राज्यों से प्रतिनिधि , अपने अपने राज्य की मिट्टी ले कर दिल्ली आए जिस से भारत का नक्शा बनाया गया . कार्य कर्म का नाम राज्य की मिट्टी से राष्ट्र का निर्माण रखा गया . यह नक्शा इस बात का प्रतीक है कि हमारे राज्य अलग हो सकते है , हमारी भाषाए अलग हो सकती है , मगर हम सब फिर भी सभी हिन्दुस्तानी है और एक है .

I think it was a grave mistake to rename MoHD as MoE as the human resource is the most important resource for development and education is the most important tool to provide the necessary skills, but we can't just undermine the importance of unskilled manpower which is unable to develop those skills by contemporary education system,but they also develop skills by others methods like day-to-day experience, trends, traditional knowledge, family jobs,etc.So, department of education should be a subset of MoHD, not the way around.

nations are built by making the societies morally inclined which makes the societies happier and well directed towards their goalsn which help the nation to grow at a fast pace. the important concern in india is women safety and to safeguard their modesty and individuality. the same cannot be achieved by making different groups or organizations rather to introduce the moral and ethical mind set amoung the citizens. in order to acheive this goal the government have to introduce various religious and social platforms in all communities where the well designed and attractive atmosphere must be created to imbibe the goodness in the minds of the people. not only women safty and respect must be taught but all other aspects which lead to good societies must be addressed.
