In this year of Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav, I request you to appeal for singing National Anthem at every office in India before starting work. This my appeal is because when we were in schools, our day started with singing National Anthem which created atmosphere of Unity among students and created atmosphere for concentration on studies. Therefore, singing National Anthem at offices will also feel all proud and united, which may also increase productivity and self-belief.

Problem-Massive corruption everywhere Culprits- An IAS to a govt office peon Solution- 1.Make strong laws against corruption 2.Declare the seized wealth as govt property(Corrupt fear more for seizures than his suspension), Corrupt shamelessly call it their Risk Earned Money 3. Make timeline failure amounting to corruption 4. Make a committee for investigation where a citizen charter and a retired high/Supreme Court judge is compulsory. Complaints and suo moto matters to be handled by them not by bureaucrats 5.Bring the investigation in public domain with display of status online. This naming and shaming works wonders for all babus.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, बी एड, एम.एड, एम.फिल करने के बावजूद कालेज में लेक्चरर जाॅब के लिए किसी एक सब्जेक्ट में पी.जी माँगते हैं। मुझे लगता है यहाँ एडूकेशन सिस्टम में रिफार्म की आवश्यकता है। एनसीएफ में यह बदलाव लाना चाहिए। युनिवर्सिटीज और कालेजों में क्रायटेरिया बदलने चाहिए। एम.एड को भी पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन के समकक्ष मान्यता होनी ही चाहिए। आभार

Suggested Election Reforms: 1.Service rendered to public in the past with substantial proof should be criteria for candidature nominations. 2. Role of Money, freebies, pseudo campaigning, electoral manifestos, false promises to woo voters should be thoroughly scrutinized by election commission before release for public consumption 3. Electoral candidature should be for person with clean records ONLY without any criminal cases pending 6. People should be educated about NOTA option so that they can exercise the same 7.
