Dear Sir, My second concern is: In Kerala, the personal staff of Ministers and MLAs are appointed and “changed" every two years. Then the second batch is appointed. This is done purposefully so that both batches will be eligible for life long pension. This is a strain on the state Exchequer. The pension eligibility should be raised from the existing two years to at-least 5 years (or more) Deputation of existing government employees may be encouraged to minimize the pension burden. The personal staff strength also requires moderation. This is an injustice to millions of unemployed youth. Kindly look into this issue

Sir, Practically you know that the feeling of nationalism need to be inculcated in the hearts of Indians through education and preaching. There is no document or system which really pulls us towards the feeling of nationalism. The committee which drafted the constitution way back after independence had motive which is better known to you. Even after independence of so many years we are still called developing nation. Any one who gets an opportunity to go and work in a foreign country doesnt miss it. Till date we have not been able to participate in FIFA world cup. Qatar which was a poor country few decades ago is hosting it. In reality it is not important to host the games but to win it everytime we participate. that feeling of nationalism need to be inculcated. Dear Sir, Recently I get my fund from IRDA. Official at IRDA ask me to pay some charges. And say after payment they will transfer my money to my bank account. After payment they not transfer money, but say I require pay more charges. I pay, but after payment of this Chages. They you still require to these charges. I tell them I don’t have money to pay charges. I ask them to deduct, they say no it. And say we giving you big amount then why you say no to pay this small amount. The root cause of the horror we see in Shraddha Walkar case is really due to the rapid adoption of invader’s culture in our country. It is really stem from our education system. We should take this as an opportunity and revamp our entire curriculum to instil Indian value system and culture from pre-KG to colleges. Sir, I wish to draw your kind attention to the regressing Education system in Kerala. The Education system in Kerala has been malfunctioning due to many reasons for the past many decades. There is no value for merit as the system is heavily politicized. The right candidates are not getting selected as faculty and staff due to (i) Political interference (ii) Interference of Management who pays no attention to merit The salary of the Management staff is paid from government exchequer, but recruitment is made by management on the basis of "who can pay more". (40 to 70 Lakhs these days!) The State government does not want to correct the system as they do not want to make the Management their enemies. On top of that, the state Government is now busy with "back door" postings in Universities and government colleges. My son's exam is getting delayed as KTU VC is not allowed to function... Kindly correct the System
