"DELAYED JUSTICE is in fact NOT JUSTICE"
In a country of 135 crores - 4.7 crore cases are pending
(many pending for more than 20 - 30 years, Which means most of the criminals are relaxed, continue crime and die peacefully ?)
Few suggestions to help nation and generations :
1). Fill in the vacancy on Highest Priority (Currently approx 50% under staffing in both and are employees are over leaded on one hand and million of youth are Unemployed, craving for job)
2). Limit no. of dates/ extensions for hearing by 50% (since crime already committed in past, rare new evidences / findings)
For example - current average is 10 dates, restrict them to 5, this will provide 50% extra time
3). Take penal action against the lawyers, who plays with the judiciary generosity and delay , confuse the proceedings
Constitution: It is the duty of Govt and Judiciary to protect "PUBLIC INTEREST" i.e. citizens of India.
United they can make the country and divided they can break
