"DELAYED JUSTICE is in fact NOT JUSTICE" In a country of 135 crores - 4.7 crore cases are pending (many pending for more than 20 - 30 years, Which means most of the criminals are relaxed, continue crime and die peacefully ?) Few suggestions to help nation and generations : 1). Fill in the vacancy on Highest Priority (Currently approx 50% under staffing in both and are employees are over leaded on one hand and million of youth are Unemployed, craving for job) 2). Limit no. of dates/ extensions for hearing by 50% (since crime already committed in past, rare new evidences / findings) For example - current average is 10 dates, restrict them to 5, this will provide 50% extra time 3). Take penal action against the lawyers, who plays with the judiciary generosity and delay , confuse the proceedings Constitution: It is the duty of Govt and Judiciary to protect "PUBLIC INTEREST" i.e. citizens of India. United they can make the country and divided they can break

Sir, India needs its own IPC and Constitution fit for us and time. We should not be carrying like a slave, Irish Penal Code 1425 implemented by British to delay and deny justice to Irish People, which was implemented for us in 1860, and continued beyond 1947 without any change by the then PM. With bad rules, one can’t do justice. We need to scrap all these and bring totally indigenous system for Bharat.

Respected PM sir, I want to ahare my own experiences in life that helped imbibe courage and self confidence in myself . My family was ruined due to the financial responsibilities of a close member of our joint family. I and my husband had limited resources my in laws and I 2 boys whom I wanted to give the best of education. One day as a housewife I was praying to God and I enlightened by God, "get up don't cry on your fate, do something positive to change it."The strength spirituality gave me was huge, I realised I was an Educated lady who could earn for herself. I went out got an academic job as a teacher, I felt things were better in our life. I further decided to work longer hours and become a School Principal. I was loved and respected by all . I was able to provide the dream of good education to my boys and care for inlaws, and good days came. It was sheer hard work, positive thinking, and the desire to achieve which kept me going. I was helping educate students become achievers !

Dear Sir, I am Saurav Deka. I am pursuing Remote Sensing (Now in MTech). I know that India is one of the most respected and innovative nation in the field of Space and Technology. But there isn't any job good jobs for us in the Government Sector. Most of my firends paygrade is under 50K to 20K a month. I see jobs with higher Paygrade and better working environment in other Nations and their Space Agencies. I see posts for DRDO and ISRO, requiring people from mechanical engineers and civil background. We do what they do but we don't get a chance to show our skills. Instead, we end up taking odd jobs and deviate from our original field. I myself want to go Research Field, but I don't the requisite skills they ask, as they need someone from proper engineering background. I would be much obliged if there was a section/quota in Government Jobs and Institutions for the people pursuing Remote Sensing. With Best Regards Saurav Deka

WORLD TOILET DAY 2022:MAKING THE INVISIBLE VISIBLE: We face a global sanitation crisis. More people in the world have mobile phones 📱 than toilets .But access to safely managed sanitation is crucial for healthy lives. On Saturday's World Toilet Day, we should learn how we can take action to help tackle the global sanitation crisis. Today, 3.6 billion people are still living with poor quality toilets that ruin their health and pollute their environment. Inadequate sanitation systems spread human waste into rivers, lakes and soil, contaminating the water resources under our feet. Safely managed sanitation protects groundwater from human waste pollution. Everyone must have access to a toilet connected to a sanitation system that effectively removes and treats human waste. The link between sanitation and groundwater cannot be overlooked. This World Toilet Day, let’s make the invisible visible. World Toilet Day is held every year on 19 November. Please talk on "Champion of Change’.

National Pension System is a game changer for Indian population. Due to poor publicity, even the literates have no idea of the scheme details and benefits. Wide and regular media publicity, TV debates are desperately required to highlight the NPS benefits which target all Indian people against the limits of old pension scheme which target very few people at the cost of others. On realizing the issue, people will reject the advice of crooked leaders who are misguiding the public to fail the NPS.
