श्रीमान जी नमस्कार, सभी सेनाओं को पेंशन प्रदान करने के लिए बैंकों के स्थान पर SPARSH नाम से एक नया प्लेटफार्म उपलब्ध कराया गया है, जो PCDA Allahabad के अंडर मे ही ऑपरेट हो रहा है। मैं मानता हूं कि सभी पेंशनर को पेंशन प्रदान करने के लिए सरकार बैंकों को करोड़ों रुपए वार्षिक ट्रांजेक्शन चार्ज के तौर पर दे रही थी। उसे बचाने के लिए यह सब किया जा रहा है। बेहतर भी है कि आज के जमाने में जब हम अपने मोबाइल से ही पैसों का लेनदेन बिना किसी अतिरिक्त चार्ज के कर लेते हैं तो सरकार को भी करना चाहिए। मगर इस सिस्टम को अडॉप्ट करने में वयोवृद्ध भूतपूर्व सैनिकों को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। क्योंकि जिन्हें एंड्रॉयड फोन की ABCD भी नहीं पता वे इसमें काफी असहज महसूस कर रहे हैं। आपसे अनुरोध है कि इसमें केवल युवा अर्थात 2010 के बाद पेंशन आए हुए पूर्व सैनिकों को ही समाहित करना चाहिए और बुजुर्ग पूर्व सैनिकों को इससे बाहर रख पूर्व की तरह बैंकों के जरिए पेंशन देना चाहिए। SPARSH के जरिए बुजुर्ग पूर्व सैनिकों के फिंगर प्रिंट घिस जाने के कारण अपना लाइफ सर्टिफिकेट जमा कराने में भी परेशानी आ रही है।

Dear sir , My name is Shubham Tiwari. Recently I started a initiative called 'BOOK Bank'.purpose of starting to this ,my vision is that all the people of my country should be educated and empowered. The motive of book bank is provide free book near railway Station, bas stand or other public places where people come and stay .we will request to all the people of my country should come and join in this initiative. Use of Technology- to protect people against accidents and crimes (specially females) As on date also after crime is done, police searches cameras (wherever available), Toll Booth for tracing criminals. Few suggestions: 1). Cameras at all public places and Govt offices 2). Cameras installed at all traffic signals 3). Automatic challans for defaulters 4). Do analysis of defaults caught in camera vs challans made, reason for gap Take preventive measures rather than damage control

PM Scheme for Mentoring Young Authors in the country. Prime Ministers vision to establish India as a Vishwa Guru, the YUVA scheme, is a great platform for young writers to be International leaders of tomorrow. National Book Trust of India (NBT), functioning under the Ministry of Education will be the organization implementing the scheme in the country. I came to know, when one of the participant Shri. Shreyas Kolhekar from Amravati (Maharashtra) contacted me for details about my grand father Veer Wamanrao Joshi. I AM very happy to know that a Youngman tying to throw light on life of unsung freedom fighter, whose life is very high inspiration to young generation of our mother land. I fear many closed relatives of other 74 unsung freedom fathers may not be aware of the scheme, may be failure of media. I expect, in near future, there will be publication of all 75 books. Nmste PM ji Sir,Here I am raised the issue about the mental health of govt. employees especially in armies and police who are at low rank. Sir higher rank officers used thes low rank personnel for their personal work and treat them as their servant . We saw many incident related to this recently.Every officer be it be IAS or IPS or armed officers brings constables or head constbles for their home services and their families. they are not care about the law and order of their regions but only want their comfort level. I request to sir please make it compulsory that no officer shall take the duty of lower rank personnel for their personal use besides used them to check the law and order so that we decrease the crime rate or work on other important issue of the country.
