Respected GOI & PM. In India their are many small Firms, Organisations & Companies who operates their offices in residential buildings & some of them have purchased flats in residential buildings to avoid commerical rents & commercial tax, electricity bills. GOI must make Strick rules for Firms, Company not to open office in residential buildings & they must open office in commerical shops or Commerical office space. Hence these Properitors, Firms & Companies may also take benefits of subsidy of PMAY schemes. GOI must conduct investigation & audit of all such illegal office in residential society. If any Firm, Company found running office from residential flat must be heavily fined & proper action must be taken. Due to such illegal Firm & Company offices in Residential flat reduce the availability of flats for residential purpouse for Citizens. All Residential Coperative Society committee have to mandatory give declaration that there is No Private Office is in operation in Society.

Honorable Prime Minister , It is to request that , all medical expenditure in totality , with out any cap need to be considered for deduction of this expenditure for the purpose of income tax . The cost of medical expenditure for a middle class family will be huge burden , as it is exorbitant in all good private hospitals . In case of hospital admissions treatment for the treatment of cancer and other chronic illness , the expenditure will be enormous and all savings for years has to spend for the treatment . Hence these expenditure need to be considered as deduction amount for income tax purpose .

Njattyela Sreedharan (born in 1938 in Thalassery, Kerala), a fourth standard drop-out, has compiled a dictionary connecting four major Dravidian languages. Travelling across four states and doing extensive research, he spent twenty five years making the multilingual dictionary. This unique dictionary offers a comparative study of Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu. This dictionary contains more than 125000 words. आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ध्वनि प्रदूषण की समस्या के ऊपर भी सरकार द्वारा विशेष प्रयास किए जाने चाहिए। हाई बेस डीजे वर्तमान समय में ना केवल दिल की बीमारियों से ग्रस्त रोगियों बल्कि अन्य बीमारियों से ग्रस्त रोगियों के लिए भी बेहद खतरनाक साबित हो रहे हैं।कई नव युवकों में भी अचानक से हृदय गति रुक जाना के अधिकांश मामलों में वहां पर किसी कार्यक्रम में अत्यधिक बेस धमक वाला तेज म्यूजिक चल रहा था। इस विषय पर भी आवश्यक शोध वैज्ञानिकों के द्वारा किया जाना चाहिए। पहले भी अनेक शोध में इस प्रकार के हाई डेसीबल/तेज धमक के ध्वनि प्रदूषण से लोगों में मानसिक तनाव डिप्रेशन, उदासी तथा अन्य मानसिक रोगों के बढ़ने के विषय में कहा गया है। इस प्रकार के हाई डेसीबल साउंड डीजे के क्रय विक्रय, संचालन, प्रयोग समय स्थान इत्यादि के विषय में नियम कानून तय किए जाने चाहिएं। शारीरिक एवं मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए खतरनाक ऐसे इक्विपमेंट पर भी रोक लगाई जानी चाहिएं।

Sir, we are resident of Uttranchal Enclave, sant nagar, comes under Sanjeev Jha ji. Condition of our roads are in very bad shape. We cannot take a single straight step. This is because drainage work was started in October but not competed. Which has been stopped due to pollution. We are regularly in touch with Contractor but he raised his hand. We are trying to contact Mr. Sanjeev Jha ji Our MLA but due to his busy schedule unable to contact him. Sir, these kind of road may lead to any accident and in emergency we cannot go to hospital, as our old parents lives with us and regularly we used to take them to Dr. for checkup. but for last more then one month we were force to skip it.
