Respected Sir, i would like to bring to your notice that our garbage collecting vehicles, road cleaning staff of every municipal corporation,grampanchayat work in day shift or first shift. During the road cleaning lot of dust is generated which is inhaled by citizens who are on morning walk. but in European and other countries the garbages are collected after midnight before sun rise . also the roads are cleaned before sunrise . this helps the staff to work faster as no obstacales are in their ways. the citizens keep their garbage in front of thier houses in black polythene bags or dust bins . i think this should be tried out on trail basis in our country also. only thing is that the cleaning staff may not clean properly or collect all garbages. but the supervisors who control the cleaning staff can also b working in same shift. this will help faster and efficient cleaning. no citizens has to wait for the vehicle to come. yes we must penalise heavily who throw garbage in publc

Respected Sir, I would like to draw your attention in following issues where we are seeing many clashes between Chief Ministers and state governors. Now a days it is a phenomena that State government is not giving any value to their ruling governors. So in my opinion we have to re-define the power and rights of Governors considering the issues raised in several states. No doubt State Governor is the supreme power of each states in our Democracy but state ruling parties are not giving the value of the position. It should be clearly and by orders the rights and power of the Governor has to be established by giving supreme power of the state to Governor in case the elected Ministers are not working for the welfare of the public and frequent corruption is happening under their rule and Opposition is also supporting government in their action and General publics were helpless to victimise the bad rules of the government like the situation happening in Kerala state now.

Respected Sir, I would like to draw your attention where we need some reformation in our Democratic system in connection with State and Central government rights. Our universities are the greatest source and model of our Education system. So it is our responsibility to maintain the system always in Top Discipline with strict control of Central Body. In my opinion all Universities Chancellor position has to be given to state Governors. It will increase the value and credibility of Universities and level of education. If we are giving such responsibility to State Government they should appoint their political supporters without considering any qualification and dignity which will only help to diminish the credibility of Universities and its educational standard. Also there should be a strict control in appointing syndicate members based on Educational qualification irrespective of Political involvement. This kind of regulation will enhance our education system

Respected Honourable Modi Sir, #T1 Diabetes awareness My Son was diagnosed by T1D at the age of 5 yrs. T1 Diabetes is a life long threatening disease that requires a 24/7 management of sugars. Everyday we are struggling by mentally, emotionally, physically. Awareness for T1D in the community is very less which makes every day challenging. There is constant supply of insulin, cgm, insulin pump and related equipment are very expensive n even not cover in insurance while other country covers. Our child is future of India n can also deserve healthy n quality childhood. Pls its request to take initiative on medical research on T1D for its complete cure so that every T1D child can live carefree life. Also request to provide special provisions for T1D in terms of medical help, insurance, Tax benefits so every parents can afford n give best life to their child. We hope and wish that under your leadership, India will come out as the first country to have beaten T1Diabetes.

Dear Prime Minister sir, Maybe the idea or initiative which i am going to put, would have been already discussed which am truly aware about. But i wish to put my idea on the suicidal cases of students and kids now a days. Even for mature men and women. Idea/Suggestion : We should include a teacher in every school for students to understand and empathize whith students to understand their daily emotions and pressure. The teacher should be well skilled and reachable by the student who require attention. It should be the students who trust this teacher and go to them to speak when they get hurt/ emotionally imbalanced. What i know is when someone think of quitting their life when they don't find anyone to talk or support. They get very lonely for days and weeks. If this time is recognised by any skilled person. Then probably the accident won't happen. My humble request to brain storm on it and if possible this could be included in every school academics. Sincere indian Sumit kumar

Resp PM sir Public Service Commission Uttar Pradesh is framing rules beyond any constitutional provision for last three or four years. Lok Seva Aayog examination of PCS exam they gives 2o to30 controversial questions and then they declare answer sheet and delete certain of them that is a big game to change the merit of candidates. Respected sir you are very sensible person and this act is not a normal subject so high level enquiry is necessary to clear situation that why PCS 2021 result so many posts have been left unfilled saying no suitable candidate found .These meritorious candidate who qualified pre exan, mains and interview then in final merit there should be some position of theirs these candidates how can it be possible to left certain posts unfilled it never happened in past now what is the reason that for last 2 years this maical game started. No one kows which magial criteria PSC adopt to debar candidates who appeared n interview. Cut off Merit not declsred after 30 days.

1. Kindly concentrate on Global warming, pollution, recycling matters. Some strict rules for throwing garbage-like fines for throwing garbage on public places or out of dustbin. Cameras can be helpful as used for traffic rules same system can be used. 2. Banning the plastic is not successful instead using good quality of plastic and different centers to collect these plastics must be made then sending to recycling centers.
