Today , If I Log a complaint with RBI, I dont even get a Ticket Number so that I can folloe up for status of my complaint If I Log a ticket with consumer cell, the Ticket is closed without my permission

There is a Lot of Good Intention and a Lot of well Meaning Officials. But sadly there seems to be No Visibility at central Level on the Progress of Projects , complaints of citizens, challenges faced by citizens and How the Govt staff are resolving these challenges or Helping the citizens. a Governance Framework on the Lines of ITIL Will Help Gain more Visibility and "scorecard / Dashboard" View of the status of different depts, activities and their progress.

Dear prime minister, India generates tons of garbage everyday. This is fuel that can be burnt/incinerated in a control environment to generate electricity. All the waste gases can also be captured for other industrial uses. This is already being done in Europe. Why not in India as well. It will help get rid of all garbage including plastic from the environment. Projects like these exists in Europe and India as country of engineers can easily build an advance system and if not atleast similar

Govt can try following options in Kashmir for migrants there - 1) Address of local + migrants should be hidden on Aadhar Card with immediate effect 2) If terrorist is a local guy, then their financials should be confiscated (if any) like Property etc & then given to victims 3) Migrants can install security app in their mobile to be in touch with local police of their current location & help demand 4) For selected Migrants, govt can allow them personal weapons for their self-defense

Respected sir, I had taken my first vaccination from Pune but now hospital staff is denying to upload the vaccination status and create a panic situation between the citizens.
