सर शिक्षा मानव का हक है और सरकार का फर्ज प्राइवेट शिक्षा संस्थानों ने शिक्षा को व्यापार बना दिया है,जब कोई व्यक्ति शिक्षा संस्थान को शुरू करता है तो वह सुसायटी का रजिस्ट्रेशन कराता है तो एक शपथपत्र इस आशय का देता है कि वह बिना किसी लाभ के समाज सेवा करेगा,और इस प्रकार के कई शपथ पत्र देता है।और अपने उस संस्थान को एक प्रकार से राज्य में समाहित कर देता है। किंतु देखने को मिलता है कि वह उसके मार्फत आमजन का शोषण करता है।और शिक्षा का उच्च स्तरीय विक्रय करता है। जो एक गंभीर अपराध है। कृपया इस पर गौर करे

Win win situation. Govt can pass a law where - 1) If a drug consumer gets convicted / arrested, then should do few Public Anti Drug advertisement & few weeks of social service in govt Ngo (children), then his/her punishment can be reduced / bail be given 2) That advt should be played in all theaters, especially if they are celebrities (parents), then it will spread msg faster 3) If he/she again consumes drugs, then their previous balance punishment should be added in current conviction

Respected Sir, I work at a gov institute and my office is situated near one of the busy square of the city. I am a huge fan of swatch bharat abhiyan and seen a drastic change in my city indore and govt offices too. Just like that please introduce some program for enhancing civic sense too. There is so much of honking that can be avoided, it does not help anyone reach faster but just increases noise pollution. There are hospitals, schools on roadside in India & unnecessary honking really hurts
