Found size can be small but it should reach all schools and colleges.(should not be like RUSA grant) Technical skill training may be one to one . Dear Sir, In loksabha & Rajya Sabha everybody should speak in Hindi language. The reason is in UNO 6 languages are accepted but Hindi is not acceptable till now.Now India a strong nation for a world wide in terms of mixed economy. Any how in Intl Court of Justice headquater which is in Hauge in Netherland accept two languages ie french & English. So if we educate to our MPS from all over India regarding the functions & 6 branches of UNO than only our national language Hindi can be accertained.
