Dropout of tribal children is not the only issue in Tribal Dev.. If your Ministry thinks that there are no other pressing issues, let them consult state governments implementing tribal sub-plan, Environment & Forestry Ministry that had implemented JFM where major community partners are tribal communities, your HRD ministry whose rural technology transfer initiatives remained non-starter in tribal villages, Health Ministry, which did little about tribal health, Rural Dev. to be addressed, etc .

Projects such as wind, solar be executed in tribal regions granting partnership to tribal people proportionate to their land or labour contributions. In addition, monthly payments against land contribution and labour. Students completing X, XII, degree be rewarded. 'Tribal Development' "tribal children ' REDUCE dropout rate & to increase ST literacy rate' 'REDESIGNING its strategies' In my Suggestion- " Tribal localities at Eastern States , Part of MP (Jhabua Bhind etc), i.e. GOOD Governance needed increasing faith happiness justice Than a treatment for curing illiteracy of innocent children will automatically become possible."

i think there are two kinds of problems here. 1st problem is as usual of all tribal areas, poor accessibility, poor services&schools one of them. so have to work for overall welfare of the area. and second problem as usual with many kids that school is boring, not interest driven. this problm also exist in cities but rich arranges Tutions/coachings/donation &make sure kids succeed but not affordable for poor. education system needs overhaul. since problms compounding here, problem looking huge.

first figure out Y kids r dropping out?do a study, reasons might vary in various places. if kids r poor&family cant afford then i suggest govt shud mandatory collect all old books in public/private schools and distribute among poor kids. if they becoming child labor, enforce law. council parents&family. if teachers not encouraging, give them better training.if schools too far from home, need more schools. most important do aptitude test, let them study subjects of choice, poor cant arrange tutions
