My specific suggestion for tribal area,Bank facilities cannot reach at tribal area after independence till today Mobile banking for opening new AC, also has ATM machine. The mobile banking visit every tribal village minimum 2 times in a month to give every banking facilities to people (Deposit facility).Therefore they can not chit by and chit fund copmany. (if chit fund company collect money from people as day basis, why not bank) .

Education is the basis of development. First identify such tribal families having no source of permanent income. select 01 girl from each such families. Govt. should finance/admit these girls in KVs/Jawahar Novaday Vidhyalya or all the Govt institutes without any entrance (to give them at par opportunity) exams irrespective of quotas available for them(extra infrastructure may also be provided), so that an educated tribal women can later on carry forward the same to her next generation.

Currently, the school curriculum is very much focused towards cities and those having careers in technology. But if the syllabus included some knowledge of agriculture, dairy or herbal medicine or topics that are more relevant to people living in rural areas, it will be more relevant for 70% of Indian population. Studying Archimedes principle or mitochondria does not help anybody in practical life. English language should be made optional as it does not help them with jobs and becomes burden.

I believe the primary reason is the availability of schools in the remote locations and family pressure for income generation. Ways to reduce dropouts and to increase literacy, we need to bring education to their doorsteps or create a center in the tribal area. The center can run on solar power, and use tablets/netbooks and use free software like Edubuntu (running on Ubuntu), and using a 3G dongle, provide basic education. Dropouts from education in Tribal Children is not the decision of children but their parents. To arrest the dropout of Tribal Children, the foremost thing required is to counsel the parents of the children, change their mindset towards education, explain the long term benifits of education and last but not the least take measures for improving the health levels / standards of both the parents and children so as to enable them to persue education.

Its a good initiative to have a solar park. But I would suggest one step ahead of this. Why can't there be "Health Park" and 'Solar Park' would be a sub-set of this. Municipal co-operation develops parks in the cities. In place of that think for a "Health Park", having track for morning walk on the outskirt of the garden. Think, if the garden is fenced with Solar and Wind plates. Suppose that in the morning and evening, chanting of ved mantra is continuing. In the mid of the garden there is Ayurvedic garden with plants such as 'Aloevera, Tulsi etc and on the track side there are fruit trees e.g. Mango, Guava, Pomegranate etc. and also trees whose wood can be sold e.g. Shisham, Jaamun, Sagwaan etc. While leaving the garden, People can purchase some items their only. Also a fish pond in the centre of the park. Think, in the same garden cultural activity is being performed. Why we always think and govt. drains crore of rupees on a single task. Why we not think for an integrated approach! A day to day increase of crime is taking place because we are not socially bound together. We try to copy what we see on the TV while in a nearby flat or house, a great artist lives even then we approach TV or film celebrity. Dharm is a universally approach to keep us together but only few narrow minded persons divided us in Hindu or Muslims or in them sub-casts.
