Mr. Modi have you seen mall, gets dirt. What is reason behind that. please tell me... if you have answer... reason is its type of hygienic so that even people want to do dirt they do not feel good that much cleanness is there. Why we use plastic. Why government not banned on plastic bags manufacturing company. Even its good to talk... Swach Bharat... Why people found Guthka and Tobaco and Cigarate in public area. Reason is money... Modi you are just talker. You cant bring this in action

The civic amenities and municipal services in most of the cities are in very bad shapes..I stay in Jharkhand,, most of the prominent cities like Ranchi, Dhanbad, Aditypaur, adjacent area of Jamshedpur are in very bad shape. We have municipal body in place but they are defunct. Basic roads are not in place in Adityapur colonies and industrial, whereas Adityapur is one of largest industrial hub..If so is the condition of Industrial hubs, I have my fear things are really going to change.

Plastic carry bags should be banned strictly and substitute paper made bags with handle should be given subsidy or encouragement.Plastic made big square(2feetx2 feetx 4feet height) dustbins with swing cover with four hooks for carrying should be placed in every nook and corner of the country .The dustbins to be cleaned every day by local authority. The dustbins may be given by local M.P.

Water is an essential element for tackling a variety of problems faced by people living in India. I would recommend the Government of India and its states to consider installing desalinization plants in India. Also I would like to add that while doing so, the government must take into consideration the potential impacts such a step will have on the environment and while installing such projects, the government would need to consult experts in the fields of disaster management and environment.

Thousands of toilets empty into rivers and canals in Kerala. While the concept of clean toilet is met, its polluting the water body. The average person looks at water bodies as a place to dump garbage, as they never get into it. We need folks to value the water body for recreation & Govt should support this as our culture. Kayaks, sailing dingy, fishing, and all water sports equipment should be made available at reasonable rates and not the 50% import duty that make it unaffordable.

We do not have sufficient public toilets on busy markets or railway/ bus stations in most cities. The result is that people urinate in public and take their kids for potty in some corner and do their job. This makes the city dirtier and unhealthy. Public conveniences may be given in private and and be developed nicely so that people use them again and again. This will bring changes in the habits. Once people get to know that there is a nice toilet nearby why should they stand on roadside?

Cleanliness is matter of habit. The people of the city should me taught that they should take pride in saying that they live in a city that is very clean and presentable to the world. Once people start feeling that their city is the cleanest they will make efforts to keep it clean. Some people are clumsy by nature and this problem can be tackled by imposing fines for littering at public places. People should also be made to understand that the place where they work or do business is clean.

Roadside garbage should be an offence. People throwing dirt on road or at public places should be penalised. Generally garbage is collected from homes and is thrown within the city in some or the other corner. So what the entire purpose of cleanliness is beaten. If we build garbage recycling industries in every district then the garbage can be given there for better use.
