I just want to highlight some points rgarding PWD works.In most areas all the roads get damaged during the mansoons.After mansoon is over all the departments sleep for 6 months.During march-april the roads were repaired.Once the roads are repaired herecomes the drainage people who cut and dig the road.Then comes electricity people,followed by telephone exchange and water supply.At the end after spending crores of tax payers money the roads remains as paddy fields for the whole year---continue

The waste problem is because:#1.LACK OF PLANNED SCIENTIFIC MANAGEMENT#2.ENOUGH MAN POWER IS NOT PUT IN PLACE. To solve this :#1.MAKE EDUCATION FREE AT ALL LEVELS FREE at about 9 to 10%of GDP.#2.Make it compulsory that each student has to be in a planned manner be involved in this cleaning &gardening process 2hrs a day.#3.Invest in R&D enable waste management to SEGREGATE, COMPOST, INCINERATE.#4.Build models,simulate, &plan implementation to localize waste management,no long distance transport

Online marketing is flourishing in India now. They supply better and cheaper goods at your doorstep in no time. India is losing its much required tax revenue(Vat). Very soon our showroom and market sales will be losing ground. The only solution is to do away with all direct and indirect taxes and introduce single point BANK TRANSACTION TAX. This is will bring in higher and sure revenue. Nobody can evade it.

There are a lot of Public Sector Undertakings running on losses. All these are to be privatized. Public funds should be spent only on running of Government Departments, Law and Order and Defense. Unnecessary expenses incurred by Government Departs both State and Centre in the name Foreign Travel should be monitored and allowed in genuine cases and rest if done should be deducted from the official at fault.

All State Governments should submit a list of all their Departments, Boards, Corporations, Universities, Public Sector Undertakings, Research Centres stating why it was formed with details of their performance, expenses incurred per year, details of foreign tours made and losses incurred till date. Whether it was formed to accommodate somebody’s kith and kin. If there is a duplication of work with two such Departments. If so they should be closed down with immediate effect.

There should increase availability of public transportation. This will good income for government, reduce fuel and pollution. In our area, there is good network of railway line. However there is no such trains to utilize this network better. If government take interest in combination with private sector in railway there is too much beneficial for people. It reduce traffic congestion, enhance local business, reduce fuel from bus. It is necessity to utilize better that government should have.

Your motto: "Minimum Government, Maximum Governance." is really awe inspiring. The government is a system and systems can be improved. Why don't we have a central group overseeing Quality and Continuous Improvement activities by utilizing concepts of Lean and Six Sigma? This group can work with every other Govt. department to look for opportunities of improvement to get better quality of service to customers (our people), reduce lead times of services, increase efficiency and reduce costs.

All government, public sector & private organisations must take cloths like curtains, towels, table cloths , bed sheets, pillow covers etc from Sri Gandhi Ashram. It has to start from the top. The VVIP movement by Air India aricraft should be kept to the minimum restricted only for visits to far off countries. The IAF Executive Boeing has sufficient range to be flown non stop or with one technical refuelling to many foreign countries. It will bring down the cost of chartering charges plus expenditure on travel of advance party of Air India to foreign destinations to overseearrangements.Size of VVIP netourage will get smaller.
