First and foremost is the terms of employment in govt service.Make termination very easy.Just a few months notice , no reason need to be given. At least 2% must be sent home every year as a principle of rejuvenation.Operational efficiency will immediately go up many fold without any doubt

Govt. need not earn heavily through taxes from all the people and then bringing that money into the hands of a few people who will then decide about all of the people. this makes the process very complex and over burdened. Instead, micro level tax collection and expenditure should be devised so that a very few people do not decide about a very large people for the development of villages and nation.

Sir, i donot know in which group this suggestion lies. The group insurance of central govt employee is only for 1.20 lakh (max) which is nothing when compared with the inflation. Rs. 120/- pm is being deducted only. I suggest to increase the group insurance amount to minimum 10 lakh and accordingy the monthly subscription can be increased from Rs. 120 to Rs. 1000 or so. the additional money recd by the govt can be utilised for the development.
