If Govt. can give free Solar pump sets to farmers, than the cost of solar pump sets can be recovered from the power subsidy paid by Punjab Govt. in 4-5 years as Govt. is paying approx. Rs.1.6 lakhs per connection and for next 15-16 years we can save the money that is set to be paid as Power Subsidy, as solar panels have life of atleast 20 years.

Start manufacturing cell phones in India. If Indian industry delivers, then craze for foreign goods will reduce. Automatically rupee will gradually strengthen.

Traditional form of budgets should be stopped. To improve the operational efficiency, the quality aspect should be seriously viewed. Exp. should be need based with flexibility to incorporate the required ones which finally enhances the brand image.

Labour union is needed for the welfare of people.But it should not supersede the management on productivity and accountability.Working community of public sector companies should obey the law of 8 hours sincere working.Non working staffs( union office barers)should not paid by government. Tax payers money should not be given to loss making companies.eg u can see 1000s of workers in railways,ordinance foctories and public sector work less than 2 hours aday. need accountabity to survive.be strict.

This type of planning will reduce overall cost of the project, reduce corruption,no need of digging for connections, a good road for common people, also easy to trace and findout faults and rectify, and to avoid transmission loss and waste of water.
