Sir Education syllabus for school and colleges should be uniform throughout India for each field such as Engineering, Medical etc. After schooling one Entrance exam/Field for admission to colleges throughout India is needed. Like Germany Morning class Should be Theoretical and afternoon class should be practical. Medium may be different such as English, Hindi and one Regional language in each state.

coming to the secondary education part students again must not feel the burden anxiety of exams as this would actually come merely because of college admissions which provide admission merely based on marks rather a good example is the american education where a generalised exams for each field has only one exam and it must be made compulsory to gain admissions and the then coming to the admitting policy a statement of purpose to join a college must be prefered in the american admission policy.

primary education on the educational aspect must be demonstrative rather than merely exams. it must teach the most fundamental basic hence home works and exams must not be imposed on small kids though its equally important. burden of carrying Kilos of books must be replaced with the basic digital slate or book like similar to the kindle.

Lets talk from the basics of our education systems. Pre-primary and Primary education must be made compulsory for all though it must be made compulsory till grade 10 and this is a short time goal to be achieved by 2020. primary education is the most important and crucial aspect of a student life which a good citizen in future hence good and moral values must not be merely a subject to write a exam on paper it must be embedded into a budding flower which reaps nectar.

India have 2 type of School education - Govt & Private Schools. The condition of Govt schools is poor. Any parent would like his child to get best education despite their financial condition, so send kids to Private schools. Private schools making merry wrt High Fees & reserved admissions, So Govt should put restriction on Fees / admissions of Private school, since education has become business now. Rather need to increase taxpayer base & use this money for free education till 10 class.

First of congratulations to the authority for at least taking up this issue to the discussion level which is a good sign of identifying the problem and once we identify the problem there is a high chance of solution. we must focus on increasing the competency and productivity of our youth as we are very much behind the developed countries in terms of technology and resources. Our education shall focus on giving value based knowledge where we need best teachers and self motivated students

I have sent class 8 maths paper to hon.hrd minister if he can solve it himself but there is no response. Weight of my daughter is more than 5 kg r we doing justice with our children this is injustice with them as what type of education we are imparting them is not going to benefit them intheir future building in a particular profession there should be civic sence and moral character building education. I have seen many educated persons graduate and above violating laws as they have no civic senc

A degree earned through ODL mostly gets less weightage. As a solution, the Govt may start to organize a common exam for a programme under the supervision of a reputed autonomous bodies. The learners of such courses have to appear such exams for earning the degree. This will ensure a common standard for ODL courses and will help to regain/restore the value of ODL. MOOCs offered by premier institutions should be an integral part of ODL. It will help the learner to get the best education even in ODL

i use want to say that the CGL seclection procedure is quite not satisfactory as because a income tax officer who has passed the CGL exams he or she may or may not have a knowledge about the rules of taxation . they have given a training for the job. But a student who has studied the subject of taxation for 3 years. he should given the post as because if that person i s been taught he will be the best person for the the post.
