From thousands of tenders laid out every year for various projects, we cold have million of toilets constructed across the country.The only way to make any plan successful in India will be to connect it to the ocean of Indians. Until and unless the 125 crores get together to get the things done, it will be tough to reshape the country in the very limited time

Every govt. scheme should be linked with TOILETS. Every Tender and every contract given. For e.g. if a tender to construct or maintain a NH is given for probably say 100 KM, it should be made mandatory for the vendor to construct 100 Toilets (both sides of highway) and maintain them. An additional fee or approx Rs.1 could be charged by the vehicles for the same etc. Similary, every govt. development scheme should have provision for the same and this will lead to private sectors direct investm
