A simple method of Housing Loan interest subvention may be introduced in place of HL interest incentive and installment. This will reduce the duplication and bring tranparency. With the removal of HL instalment for tax rebate savings of other instruments will increase

PAN to be made mandatory for all lands deals. It will reduce black money and land costs will come down. Even for MF and shares govt has made PAN is mandatory. why not for land deals. Instead of giving subsidy on oil, consider subsidy for Cement and Steel major cost for housing. It will reduce the cost of construction and increase housing activities and well as growth in GDP.

dear sir / concerned , while travelling by train i noticed that a lot of old tracks lie by the side of newly laid ones and if we could take all the scrap of the railways and sell we can get a lot of revenue!!!also about the use of post offices: the post man is a person who not only delivers the letters but also is a valuable asset in doing address verification since many village homes do not have a proper door number etc. these people can be used to take surveys and ensure govt reach directly

1. The present system of IT rebate / concession on Housing loan interest and Housing Loan instalments are not transparent. 2. People are not claiming as per the rules of the IT act. Many are claiming both the interest as well as instalments although the instalment paid is for both prinicipal and interest. Eg: If a person pays Rs.1000 per month for 12 months, The instalments are Rs.12000 per year. Here the assessee claims both instllment paid as Rs.12000 and claims whatever the interest debited

Modi Ji We are subsidizing oil so the subsidy is also going to the rich who can pay.we can develop a smart card along with mobile operators and banks for buying oil .so if a person buys petrol by cash there should be no subsidy.The gov will get the accurate data and revenue faster

Government should ENFORCE that, all its ministers should come to work in Indian vehicles, preferably in public transport. All the employees in METRO CITIES should use PUBLIC TRANSPORT only. With this we can save BILLIONS on PETROL. Moreover, it will result in LOW POLLUTION and BETTER FACILITIES (since ministers will use these services). Just TRY and see its RESULT in very short and long term..........

Where incentive given by Govt of India by way of cash, leads to sowing of corruption . hence GOVT to create skill based industry in the location they reside and let the local become prosper and live with pride and dignity .

I work in Muscat, Oman. Here, none of the govt. entity (for license, Car reg., Visa renewal, etc) accept cash as 'mode of payment'. They accept payment only through Debit Card/Credit Card. Those who do not have either, can use the 'smart card' available at one of the counters. This way all the payment is credited directly into the government department’s bank account. Something on similar lines should be introduced to improve transparency and reduction on bribes.

Education system Should have arakshan system but the system should also follow on merit basis today their are students of backward class who just get pass by 42% & easily get admission for science stream also where a good 93% student will lose it. So no offence towards arakshan but in the system among the students belonging to it should be choose as per merit basis. No offence towards the Backward Class.

I am also of opinion that there must be a system like one chip with biometric password protection eligible for all government related works and identities please think and develop something like that. it should be like every development is recorded and punched in the chip like the educational records, breaking of rules, a complete history since birth to till date. this can resolve many issues. I have no idea of misusing such chip if anybody has please share....
