Illiterate & lesser educated Adult People find it difficult to teach their children. Therefore special sessions could be arranged to guide them the basic information about different subjects which are taught in school. The children of illiterate parents should be involved in some sessions where they could assist their parents in getting basic education in reading, writing &speaking. Schools where their children are enrolled should provide Adult Education in the evening through society participation

Adult Education should provide advantage to adults in their daily vocation/ occupation like agriculture, trade, own business, job, maintaining house etc. Everybody is keen to learn whenever new education improves his/her present condition (personal & professional). Freedom to choose subjects has to be with the rural person. Flexibility to learn in terms of time, place & duration in their mother tongue should be part of Adult Education. Suggestions on course content should come from students.

More inclusive education with accelerating rural literacy could be achieved when we focus on providing literacy skills which can help rural people to face day-to-day situations in a better way. Since everybody has to deal in numbers & words on a daily basis, the focus should be educating rural people in numeracy & vocabulary for daily use. All this should primarily in their native language. Once they achieve proficiency in Basic Skills, they can additional knowledge as per their liking.

Main emphasis should be on:- 1.Give incentive of money in cash to the head of the family to educate the girl child .2.send them in regular schools or in private schools where they feel rather ease .3. Cash incentive will ease the workload as well as burden of child over the family .4.Adult education and National education will not be the fruitful one for the development of women education .5. Adult education and the National open schooling systems are functioning like Anganwari centres in Ind

The fastest way to accelerate literacy in any section of society is by educating women. Women's education has been seen to lead to better health of children and better management of finances of households.use of ICT can be made so as to reach women in remote areas and enable them to access educational forums even from home. the manner of teaching needs to be dynamic and undertaken with the help of societal norms so as to be easy to understand, accept and adapt to.

Actually we should change some educational institutional rule. Student should not be forced to learn or study to get higher marks, they should be encourage according to their interest and also their talent because learning and getting education by force is not a good idea. we should focus on developing students as a good, complete and talented men with their new and innovative ideas, then only students can gain success and then they will bring India in the list of 'WORLDS MOST DEVELOP COUNTRY'.
