rural students have no clear ideas about their future career choices. they need counselling on a personal level. it is not possible with the traditional educational time table with mandatory teaching hours and rigid timetables. secondly, economic difficulties prevent them from attending college regularly, as they have no money for bus fare, or parallel means of transport. some of them have to work for livelihood. earn and learn schemes have a lot of limitations. they need to be amended.

All JRF and SRF holder must teach to PG students in their respective universities. This process will manage the gap between teacher and student. It also helps to enhance concept clarity of the future academician.

Reservations exists as of now based on caste or creed but it should be only at entry/admission level but the Scholarship should be distinctive of caste/creed.
