The Raipur Municipal Corporation (RMC) is pleased to inform you that our City has been selected through a competitive process for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). In the next phase, our city has to compete with others to make it to thetop 20 to be taken up for first round of funding, for year 2015-16.

Raipur is now required to formulate a vision, mission and a proposal in consultation with its citizens and other stakeholders. Your City needs you!! So, RMC urges the citizens of Raipur to share their opinions and ideas to make your city “Raipur- a Credible Smart City”. Your views are valuable and can make a difference to your city!!

यदि हम सफाई रखेंगे तो हर सिटी अपने आप स्मार्ट सिटी बन जाएगी । स्मार्ट लोगो की सोच होनी चाहिए फिर सिटी ही क्या पूरा देश अपने आप स्मार्ट हो जायेगा ।

Every police station has interconnected with internet.All FIR and complaint launched by online and public can view the status of complaint and FIR online.

Need to take care of public transportation like city bus, auto rickshaw and get connected with smart card.So that people can travel with cashless.

Need to establish public booth in each area of city for filling RTI[Right to Information] form. So that people can easily raise the concern and save the time.

Currently many people for job leaving the city and get settled to another big city like pune and Mumbai.We need to encourage them to back to home town.Start many project and companies by tie up with many private sector companies. Make available SEZ project for IT-HUB.

First of all public awareness is rquired towards cleaniness.For this area to area councelling to be arranged to make the area neat and clean.
