Proactive judiciary was needed during UPA rule due to policy paralysis and poor governance. Now with Modi rule of fair,just,progressive,all-cast all-religion balanced approach, efforts should be made to convince judiciary to show patience and allow CENTRAL Govt to work with 'monitoring' approach

Sir please revisit the constitution of this country , politicians previously didn't make solid amendments because they knew amendments would seize their corrupt routes , our constitution is of 1947 and we are in 2014 , with the changing scenario we need to change our system , so please make major constitutional changes which are required for the betterment of this country .

Create a special team in CID to tackle it and strong mandate to solve it in measurable way. If a strong officer oversee it can close the deal in couple of months. The problem is with will of the establishment. They can just give sufficient support to some of these beggars to get complete details and act. It is a matter of shame to India as country that we still see some of them on roads with pathetic condition.

it is very easy for the local police to systematically investigate and find out the whose who of begging mafia. in last 60 years it has never been done. does not it indicate a nexus between police begging mafia and the politicians( may be a few lower rank officials).the nexus must be broken immediately as many of these beggars are actually working as the ignorant espionage agents of our enemy state.
