It is difficult to filter Organized syndicates, Total beggars has to be eliminated to save India from Underworld, This Beggars are Mafia's , They spread in all area of India and gather information as per their requirement or say priorities and act as per the Instruction received from there higher authorities. Kanun sey bhi lambey inkey hath hai India mey. They have money more then middle class people, They are not afraid of any thing. Full proof plan is Local committee at polling booth level.

In order to reduce printing of coins and save people trouble in finding small coins for payment of services, the government and reserve bank should introduce debit cards for small denominations that can be used for payment in tea shops, bus tickets, small purchases etc. Like mobile sim cards, it should be possible to recharge these cards many times with Rs.100, 200 etc... and could be used for payment of small amounts like Rs.8 or Rs.17 without looking for coins in pocket
