There is popular saying in Hindi," Loha Lohe ko kaatata hai"
Obviously, people who have experienced "Drugs" or continue to be a addict can be the part of Resource - system to mitigate this menace. How to harness this "Resource" ? What is first step first? How PM's Team will understand & appreciate that this will work? What is historical evidence in ending such social evils? How I handled corporate challenge as retired Head of Fortuen500 Co. Pl send me e-mail and I will share case study .....

Creation of drug-free school zones is also essential part of tackling drug menace as teenagers are soft targets. Again creating awareness in schools through special session for 8th to 12th std students should be made compulsory.
Countering the Spread of Methamphetamine (rape drug) is equally important as it is readily available. Again crackdown should include permanent cancellation of license. It is a proven fact that rules in India are broken as the culprits know that they can get away easily. Strict laws and swift justice procedures can lead a long way in resolving the menace.
92% of world's opium is cultivated in Burma and Afghanistan who have cordial relations with India. Effective agreements to curb the drug menace should be added immediately as part foreign policy.
