4.) Social Workers to be involved alongside Police to deconstruct the SUPPLIER NETWORK. If there a children selling CHARAS for small amounts of money, then it is the larger problem of Poverty and immigration to cities. This probably needs a state committee or POLICY.
5.) THE LAW. THE LAW. THE LAW. Since there are huge mafia behind the supply, them almost being an industry, policy and institutional measures are neccessary regarding the SUPPLY END.

To prevent drugs people should take care about their children, young age boys and girls. We can stop them to meet some violence atmosphere, party 31st celebrations, etc. They should enjoy their life with healthy and lively groups.Friends are more responsible for that kind of bad habits. So parents should keep eyes on their children's friend group also.

Whether it is use of helmet or seatbelt or standing in line in a buffet, it is always the law maker who shows no respect for the law. Yatha Raja, Tatha Praja, so more number of citizens disrespect the law than those who respect. If this picture gets changed and the law makers start respecting the law, not only drug menace but all problems shall get solved.

It is also a Corporate Socio-responsibility to educate their employees, to encourage their employees and to keep the management themselves away from exposing their employees more to so called "Corporate parties" with alcohol. In the gorwing service sector, almost all the BPO and IT companies are doing the most unwanted and unwarranted activity of exposing their own staffs to liquor and unethical style of life. let them change atleast through an appeal by a prime servant on behalf of our country.

1.) Strong Academic Counselling to be available in schools and colleges. Every human being is exhilarated when they are able to be SPECIAL, in terms of a skill set or ambition. There is no better HIGH than shining on one's inherent gifts or to be able to follow one's dreams.
2.) Strong Personal Counselling to also be available in schools and colleges, as most often it is damaging personal situations which are the root cause. This will enhance emotional maturity too.
3.) Zero tolerance Policing

Government should take serious notes on death due to drugs & take steps like 1) Impose double/triple taxes on Liquer / cigarates/ tamaku 2) double or very high penalty to defaulter 3) additional duty collected can be spend on cancer patient to save life 4) Many states impose ban on this product but still this products sold in open market, this should be stopped immediately. BIG PENALTY / FINE IS ONLY OPTION TO STOP / NO TO DRUGS.

all medical store located Near to Government Hospital and Private Hospital or any Private clinic should maintain 1K.M distance and Pharmaceutical company should stop sending Medical representative to Medical store or any clinic or Hospital for their Brand promotions. A special cell in every district should keep the records of doctors with their specialization and update them about the present research and efficacy of drugs . More brands for same composition should not be allowed
