During the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ Radio programme, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi shared that a large number of people have been talking to him about the increase in usage of drugs. The Prime Minister described this as a very serious issue and assured that he will talk about the menace during the next ‘Mann Ki Baat’ radio programme.

The Open Forums invites you to talk about the menace of drugs. Share how you feel this menace can be mitigated, what steps can be taken to get youngsters out of this. You can share anecdotes – how you saved children from this menace of drugs or if you have had a personal experience. NGOs working in this sphere should contribute. Your contribution would be a major step in freeing India from the menace of drugs.

Drugs are harmful for the health of people. But by showing the threat of depleting health to today's youth, you just can't compel them to give up drugs. Health or money are not the priority problem of youth. You need to show the devastating effects of drug buisness. You must show them that their consumption of drugs finances all the illegal activities, terrorism, kidnapping and rapes of innocent little girls, for killing of Indian soldiers on borders. You need to make it matter of national pride

Yoga, at least Pranayam should be the part of everyone's life. It keeps us healthy and happy. At the same time we should prefer our Ayurvedic medicines for the treatment. We all knows that we are following foreign treatment methods due to lack of trust and knowledge about our Bhratiya Chikitsa Shastra. In India their should be a saperate unit with well equiped services for the Ayurvedic Treatment as well with every running hospitals. It will promote our healthier way of treatment.

Both my parents and my grandparents and ancestors were born in Gujarat, India. I was born in Fiji Islands.I cannot get OCI Card because I cannot get any District Magistrate or Collector to sign my deceased father's School Leaving Certificate. Both my parents travelled on British Passports on which it clearly states that they were born in India but it seems it is not acceptable to Indian Authorities. I do not have my parents Birth Certificates

Self medication gives birth to an induced hormonal imbalance which is sometimes enjoyed by the youngsters. This habit later on takes the form of addiction.
