A unique programme"Doodh Mahotsav(Milk Festival) was initiated against Alcoholism on 31st Dec.2002 in Rajasthan University Jaipur It is an alternative way of abstaining youths from having alcohol A great number of youth taken oath in the Doodh Mahotsav to give up alcohol This is celebrated every year on 31 Dec the occasion when most of the youths are tempted to celebrate New Year with alcohol I initiated a new concept to celebrate New Year with Milk instead of Alcohol- CHEERS WITH MILK .

Dear Sir,
In addition to what I have mentioned before I think we could look up to countries like Singapore and many others where drug trafficking is virtually nil. They must be doing something differently. Food for thought!

Dear Sir,
Here are a few things we could do to curb the drug menace:
1)educate the youth of the country about the drastic and adverse affects of drugs.
2)establish drug rehabilitation centres not only to revive strayed youth but also to seek their cooperation and experience in reviving others.
3)drug trade flourishes due to the patronage extended by terrorist organisations to fund their sinister interests. Hence, intelligence agencies should have close coordination with the narcotics agency.

Sir, there is no single solution for this issue; but still what I feel is in schools and colleges there should be a body to frequently monitor the growth of the children, This body should closely work with the parents update them/ get update from them and if there is any issue of serious concern; guide the child to right path through skilled counselors. Also extra curricular activities should be given little more priority; so that they will be busy exploring their talents than wasting time..

in the world of upgradation most of the parents are busy in there official work ..both mother n father do work so that they can afford a good school ,college, coaching etc to their son or daughter but in earning money they forget to give time to their child . for whom they are doing hard work They hardly have time for him or her ..and this sacrifice sometime get beyond a litle child's mind and he starts feeling lonely.an invisble Gap is created and children's get fond of it to overcome the gap

Sir,One humble request to Create"MISCELLANEOUS GROUP". No doubt MyGov provide its members one stop platform to share views and ideas on issues of national importance but due to lack of just one more group under the head of "MISCELLANEOUS" the topics transcend all the groups due to their scope and importance become less effective. As members have no option to share views and ideas on all other different issues of social importance so they post their such views under the various irrelevant groups.
