Risk factors for drug menace in Indian situation are: (1) Low family caring to children (2) Use of alcohal in front of kids (3) Wrong friendship at young stage of children (4) Failure in examination at school (5) No attention by parents to their kids ( 6) Depression & Anxiety (7) Lack of spiritual environment in family.

The drug menace is very much prevalent in Delhi as well, in Connaught Place area. Around the famous Hanuman Mandir and the inner/outer circles of CP, there are scores of beggars who seeks money from people and then get this ‘converted’ into drugs for their daily intake. I feel this is part of a big mafia. This syndicate is not only an eyesore for the numerous tourists flocking the area, but also a killer for the lives of these poor people. Let us put our house in order from the heart of Delhi.
