Everything is possible but what would you do when the leading Chief Minister of a north India state and around 30% from a Police constable to IPS are having a pie in the drug racket or are addicts.

First 100% bans should be for selling like this products and awareness programmed should be through television for harmful result who take drugs. My won idea is that if drug will not get in the market no body can buy. If any person found illegal sell drug products, He/She will go prison for life time. Like this Act should made in parliament and most necessary is that action done in ground. In other hand in education syllabus should be effects of drugs.

By educating them. Taking the school students to the cancer hospital so that they can know and feel the acutal reason to "say no to drugs, tobacco and smoking''. Because just saying and showing videos is not changing anything.

Multi-pronged strategy only can work to fight this menace. The traffickers / peddlers should be given exemplary punishment. The addicts should be rehabilitated using a mix of medical and spiritual programmes.

Education not to use drugs & tobacco. Caution against use and possession of drugs. Moral policing by general public, intellidgence gathering, involvement of school/college authorities, smart policing. But use of drugs by people in India is new to me. There are no people in my surrounding using drugs.

i think tobacco chewing is also some type of minor drug.
if govt couldn't ban small tobacco chewing packets completely and let manufacture produce bigger packets or cans. so that these pouches sale will not only decrease but also help india become clean.

Drug can circulated by carriers travelling unrecognized in trains by giving extra illegal cash to the ticket checkers. so that the identity of traveler is not there. Money can be transferred by using ATM cards of students and newly issued pradhanmantri jandhan scheme Rupay

Most significant factor to encourage/ compel humans to drug use is related to psychological needs/ problems. Therefore, 1. Promote awareness about psychological heath - problems and healthy remedies at high school and college levels together with the awareness about negative effects of drug use on person and family (2) Establish psychological health centers in each district headquarter to promote awareness and also provide medical assistance and counselling

from the childhood, by posting the child entertainment on outdoor games and indoor games, instead of seeing television will give strong will power to the mind and this thing with good education will lead them into a right direction. i think parents and teachers should take care of this
