The drug menace can be controlled by the intelligence unit with modern technology. The drug edicts can be seen at any site or by the intelligence unit or by on-line complain register and the enquiry or insertion of microchip in his body make easy the tracking of the movement and the sources of supply with Godfather details. The USA expenditure on intelligence and research is an example for the lower expenditure on law and order.
