During the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ Radio programme, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi shared that a large number of people have been talking to him about the increase in usage of drugs. The Prime Minister described this as a very serious issue and assured that he will talk about the menace during the next ‘Mann Ki Baat’ radio programme.

The Open Forums invites you to talk about the menace of drugs. Share how you feel this menace can be mitigated, what steps can be taken to get youngsters out of this. You can share anecdotes – how you saved children from this menace of drugs or if you have had a personal experience. NGOs working in this sphere should contribute. Your contribution would be a major step in freeing India from the menace of drugs.

First d mind set of people shd b changed and dis can b done wid series of programmes to educate dem n also incentives shd b announced to those who r willing to quit it dis 'll create an atmosphere wer v can expect some result n den d main source of drugs shd b known n proper measures shall b taken to make it nonproliferating long term goal of irradicating it like ten twenty years shall b set so dat results can b achieved active participation from all states shd b taken care of den v can c change

* People should also know the drug disease is difficult to cure, so "SAY NO TO DRUGS". *Among the different methods of drug d addiction program Acupuncture may be tried.In case drug addict when intense urge for drug comes in that period Acupuncture may subside the situation.But this procedure should be followed in special center under physician trained in Acupuncture. Students may also be involved in the drug menace campaign in a particular day of the year.

Respected sir, For controlling drugs,Tax may be increase 100 times to Drugs item and Fix minimum working time in Drugs sale shop.To put penalty maximum to DRINK AND DRIVE people.Compulsary YOGA classes provide in Government and Private school to collage because more youngster use drugs.Don't permit for sale drug items near school and collages.To create more awareness to public by medias.

Modiji Please ban the production of cigarettes, pan masala etc. Even students studying in the residential schools below the age of 10 were drug addicts. Shops near the educational institutions or persons wandering nearby were the main agents. So a website should be opened to the public to give information about these culprits by hiding the details of those who give the information.our law should include capital punishment and it should be enforced within three months if they are caught by hand.

महोदय, भारत के महानगर जिनमे मुंबई तथा दिल्ली ड्रग ट्रैफिकिंग के सर्वाधिक मामलों से ग्रसित शहर हैं और हर साल ये मामले बढ़ रहे हैं. मै आपको बता दूँ की इन्ही शहरोँ में देश के प्रतिष्ठित शिक्षा संस्थान भी चलते हैं और बड़े घरों से आने वाले बच्चे ड्रग्स के शिकंजे में बड़ी आसानी से फस जाते हैं। . इसका अर्थ साफ़ है की कहीं न कहीं नौकरी के चक्कर में माँ बाप अपने बच्चों को जरूरी मोरल वैल्यूज का ज्ञान नहीं दे पा रहे हैं हमेशा से बचपन के संस्कार ही बच्चों को सही गलत में भेद करना सीखा पातें हैं

महोदय जी युवा को नशा मुक्त करना है तो कुछ कढोर कदम उढाने होंगे त्वरित कार्यवाही होनी चाहिये और यदि कोइ व्यक्ति एसा प्रयास करे तो उसे प्रोत्सान मिलना चाहिये, ना कि पुलिस के जवानो द्वारा यह जवाब के ये तो चलता रहेगा, बहूत दूख हूआ था मुझे जब मै एक लडके को पकड कर रेल्वे के कर्मठ सिपाईयों के पास ले गया था मेरी उम्मीद खत्म हो गई यह सुन कर कि आज पकड लेंगे तो क्या ये कल फिर आ जायेगा , कोई पता नही था मेरे पास की लडके को सुरक्षित हो व वह दूबारा वह नशा नही करे, यहा तक कि उसके पिता को भी मैने सूचना दी जो यह कह रहा था कि लडका तो ननिहाल गया है, साथ हि लडके कि उम्र 12 साल और उसको बंगाल पुलिस, मध्यप्रदेश,महाराष्ट्र,राजस्थान पुलिस जानती है हो सकता है कि वह पुरी तरह सही नही हो ,पुलिस की भूमिका ?

महोदय जी अजमेर मे महिलाये शराब के ढेकों पर धरना दे दे कर थक गई पर सरकार ने कार्यवाही नही की .

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी , राजस्थान मे गुटखा उत्पादन पर रोक है परन्तु तम्बाकू पर नही , गहलोत सरकार ने मेरे जेसे लोगो को मुर्ख बनाया उत्पादक अपना उत्पाद अलग अलग बेच रहे है, और पान की दूकान वाले तो बना कर बेच रहे है मेरा मानना है कि प्रत्यक्ष नही तो अप्रत्यक्ष तौर पर बेचा जा रहा है

To decrease inclination of youngsters towards drug I think following things should apply. Brainwashing of people against drug. Keep watch on foreiginers who visits regularly to our country.Keep strict patroling on nepal & Bangladesh border.Increase use of technology to identification. For this more research is needed. Drug should not be easily available.If police is prompt,then no crime will take place.Gutkha is banned in maharashtra.But policeman purchases gutkha from sellers.This is fact.
