E-learning is another way to keep employees informed on the important materials they need to know through the use of visuals, animation, videos, etc. It is usually a computer based learning tool, although not always. It is also a way for employees to learn at their own pace (distance learning) . Although, it can be instructor lead.

Eco Tourism has a high potential not only in Pasighat but also in the adjoining areas. The D.Ering Wild Life Sanctuary being well protected naturally by the Siang River now boasts of wide variety of live stock including Water Buffaloes, Sambar, Boars, Elephants and even Tigers. Safaris can be organized to attract tourists.

Tourism has been bolstered owing to the completion of the National Highway-52. Many domestic tourists especially from Assam have availed the improvement of road connectivity. The government can relax the Inner Line Pass system without entirely lifting it by making it more visitor friendly on the lines of “Visa on Arrival”.
